Comprising of six members of indeterminate relationship (Brothers? Sisters? Lovers?), You Animals mash guitars into keyboards to make scrappy pop anthems that manage to at first lift you up and then pull you back down with their heartfelt honesty. Hailing from every corner of the country but finally settling on rural Derbyshire as their collective base, the 5 guys and 1 girl have been holed up in their deceivingly titled rehearsal room The Bakery crafting their debut album, which was finally released in Spring 2011.
